Welcome to Onhandi, an online marketplace platform owned and operated by CHATPROXI CORP. By accessing or using our website or mobile platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Onhandi” – The online marketplace platform managed by CHATPROXI CORP.
- “CHATPROXI CORP” – The legal entity that owns and operates Onhandi.
- “User” or “Customer” – Any person accessing, browsing, or booking through the platform.
- “Service Provider” – Independent professionals offering on-demand services through Onhandi.
- “Platform” – The Onhandi website, mobile app, tools, and features.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our platform, placing a booking, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as all related policies. These terms govern all interactions between users, service providers, and Onhandi.
3. NATURE OF SERVICES
Onhandi is a third-party marketplace that connects users with independently verified service providers. Onhandi and CHATPROXI CORP do NOT directly provide cleaning or home-support services.
Service providers are fully responsible for the quality, safety, compliance, and delivery of their services.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate booking and contact information
- Ensure access to the service location
- Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
- Pay for services through approved payment methods
5. SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service delivery and professionalism
- Completing bookings on time
- Ensuring safety and compliance with local laws
- Providing accurate service information
Onhandi is not responsible for provider actions or service outcomes.
6. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Onhandi does not process payments directly.
All payments are securely handled by approved third-party payment partners.
We do not store or access credit/debit card details.
7. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (see below).
Refunds may apply when:
- The service is not delivered
- The service falls below acceptable standards
- Incorrect or duplicate charges occur
Proof may be required during refund evaluation.
8. ACCESS TO PRODUCTS OR DIGITAL RESOURCES
Some digital items or receipts may be accessible from your dashboard.
We do not offer support for third-party tools, plugins, or software not created by Onhandi.
9. COOKIE POLICY

Onhandi and CHATPROXI CORP are not liable for:
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profit
- Service provider misconduct or negligence
- Issues arising from service delivery
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
13. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.
14. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Abuse or misconduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Violations of these Terms
Users may request account closure at any time.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
CHATPROXI CORP may update these terms without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
